1. Inventory Control

  • Maintain updated records of all materials, tools, spare parts, and equipment stored in the warehouse.
  • Monitor stock levels and alert procurement for replenishment needs.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory.

2. Receiving & Verification

  • Receive deliveries of steel materials, machine parts, electrical components, and fabrication consumables.
  • Inspect items against purchase orders and delivery receipts for correct quantity and quality.
  • Record receipts accurately in stock cards or inventory system.

3. Issuance & Documentation

  • Issue materials and tools to fabrication teams, machinists, riggers, welders, and installers following proper request forms.
  • Ensure all issuance transactions are documented to prevent discrepancies.
  • Track returnable tools and equipment to avoid losses.

4. Warehouse Organization

  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, stacking, and segregation of materials like plates, pipes, fittings, bearings, bolts, motors, and tools.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse area.
  • Implement proper handling procedures for heavy or delicate machine parts.

5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with Production, Fabrication, Engineering, and Installation Teams regarding material requirements.
  • Assist in forecasting materials based on upcoming projects or installation schedules.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports for management.

6. Safety & Compliance

  • Follow company safety protocols in handling industrial materials and equipment.
  • Ensure proper PPE usage inside the warehouse.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 10 months

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
