Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow SAM Pro modules and workflows.
  • Integrate SaaS and direct data sources into ServiceNow for asset discovery and management.
  • Manage the full software asset management lifecycle, including procurement, compliance, and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data for decision-making.
  • Work with APIs, authentication methods, and data pipelines to ensure secure and efficient data flow.
  • Utilize scripting skills (SQL, PowerShell, JavaScript) for automation and process improvement.
  • Coordinate technical activities and manage project timelines to ensure successful delivery.
  • Partner with architects and product owners to define requirements and align solutions with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with Azure Entra ID roles, permissions, and access package policies.
  • Leverage low-code tools or ServiceNow Flow Designer to streamline processes and automate workflows.

Qualifications:


• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro.


• Experience with SaaS and direct integration profile integration.


• Strong knowledge of software license management and software asset

management lifecycle.


• Expertise in creating and managing PowerBI dashboards.


• Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.


• Understanding of data lakes and pipelines, API, and authentications.


• Fundamental scripting skills (SQL, PowerShell, JavaScript).


• Technical coordination and project management skills.


• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


• Strong communication skills for working with architects, product owners, and

stakeholders.


• Knowledge of Azure services, Entra ID, access packages, roles, and permissions.


• Knowledge in Low-code or ServiceNow Flow
