
Kitchen Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen staff, providing leadership, training, and support.
- Oversee food prep, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain kitchen safety and cleanliness standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure inventory is managed effectively, including ordering and receiving food and supplies.
- Monitor food costs and assist with budgeting and menu planning.
- Develop and implement new recipes and dishes, ensuring menu items meet customer preferences.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints regarding food quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen procedures, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A passion for cooking and excellent culinary skills.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
