Job Title: Coffee Barista & Kitchen Staff

We are looking for experienced Café Barista & Kitchen Staff to join our team. This role requires a balance of excellent customer service and food & beverage preparation. You will play a key part in delivering a high-quality dining experience while supporting both café and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

Barista Duties:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of bar equipment.
  • Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive customer service.

Kitchen Duties:

  • Assist in preparing, cooking, and plating food items.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness, including dishwashing and proper storage.
  • Support inventory management and restocking.

Team Support:

  • Collaborate with both café and kitchen teams.
  • Assist during peak hours and events as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a barista, kitchen, or food service role (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and kitchen safety.
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fresh graduates or trainees with relevant background are welcome to apply.
