
Customer Service Process Associate

Location: McKinley West, Taguig / SM MOA Complex, Pasay (Onsite)
Setup: Full onsite
Shift: Australian business hours (with possible shifting & weekends)
HMO: Day 1 coverage
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying concerns, determining causes, and providing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Escalate unresolved concerns to appropriate teams.
- Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and policies.
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills with customer centricity.
- Strong problem-solving skills; able to resolve issues efficiently.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- At least 1.5 years of customer service experience (preferably in banking/cards).
- College graduate.
- Must have international voiced BPO experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php29,000.00 per month
