About the role

Join 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' as a full-time Call Center Agent - Dayshift based in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to our valued clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Listening actively to understand customer needs and concerns
  3. Providing accurate and timely information to address customer queries
  4. Resolving customer issues by offering appropriate solutions and recommendations
  5. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  7. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve performance

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  3. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  7. A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
