About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team at CEBU NEW WAVE RECRUITMENT, INC.'. In this full-time role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Whether working from our modern office in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila or from the comfort of your own home, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' experiences.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing prompt and professional assistance
  2. Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a courteous and efficient manner
  3. Documenting customer interactions and following up on issues to ensure satisfactory resolution
  4. Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers, when appropriate
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  6. Collaborating with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and empathize with customers
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer situations
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  4. Positive, patient, and customer-focused attitude
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred, but not required
