About the role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Associates / Sales Representative to join the team at Frontier Dental Products Corporation' in  Manila, Taguig, Makati, Quezon City, Laguna, Cavite ,Pampanga , Marikina/ Antipolo & Tarlac . This is a full-time position that will see you playing a key role in driving sales and growth for our leading dental products brand.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend the right Frontier Dental Products solutions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets through excellent consultative selling skills
  • Providing outstanding customer service and support to ensure a positive brand experience
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and identify new sales opportunities

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the dental/healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help customers
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the dental/healthcare industry and market trends
