As an Accounting Specialist, you will focus on accounting, billing and bookkeeping procedures, maintaining data integrity and supporting other departments.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

  • Assist with general accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist in preparing reports for management as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the accounting team and related departments.

Minimum requirements:

  • Studies: A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or other related course is required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in accounting processes supporting US-based companies.
  • Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar is a plus)
  • Language: Advanced English skills. C1 or higher is required.
