JOB SUMMARY

The position is responsible for manpower sourcing and placement, basic company orientation, manpower budget and control, performance management, and records requirements of employees in the assigned satellite. He/She shall ensure that all current vacancies in the area are filled up and within budget, shall monitor and secure the manpower counts of assigned stores, and shall continuously conduct store visits to the assigned stores in his/her satellite.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. RECORDS MANAGEMENT

· Ensures accuracy and correctness of all employee information prior to turnover of records and documents to Employee Services and Welfare.

  1. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

· Implements effectively and efficiently the Employee Status Advice (ESA) for probationary employees in all stores handled.

· Coordinates constantly and communicates with Store Supervisor and Managers for purposes of monitoring performance of new hires.

  1. REPORTORIAL REQUIREMENTS

· Prepares R-1A and Er2 summary reports for all new hires every payroll cutoff.

· Prepares statistical reports on: interviews conducted, store manpower budget and variances.

· Prepares list of new hires and outstanding vacancies with ageing.

· Prepares summary of new hires, promotions, transfers, and separation.

  1. OTHERS

· Perform other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE

· Graduate of any Four-Year Course preferably Psychology or any related Course.

· At least with Human Resource Development Experience in a service-oriented Company
