Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee daily company operations, ensure coordination among departments, supervise employees, and liaise with government officials as needed. The role requires initiative, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position directly reports to Top Management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company for efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate both organic and inorganic employees.
- Coordinate with Top Management on planning, implementation, and monitoring of company strategies.
- Conduct regular meetings with department heads and staff to ensure alignment with operational goals.
- Liaise and maintain positive relationships with Municipal and Government Officials regarding permits, compliance, and partnership matters.
- Ensure smooth coordination between operations, accounting, HR, and other departments.
- Monitor operational expenses and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports, performance updates, and recommendations to management.
- Handle confidential matters with professionalism and integrity.
- Travel outside Pagadian City as needed for meetings or operational assignments.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Top Management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in operations management, administration, or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills; capable of managing a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in dealing with Municipal and Government Officials.
- Can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Honest, loyal, and trustworthy, with high integrity.
- Demonstrates initiative and works independently with minimal supervision.
- Computer literate: proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, including creating memos, reports, and presentations.
- Knows how to drive and holds an active driver's license.
- Directly reports to Top Management and ensures smooth coordination between departments.
- Flexible and committed to achieving company objectives.
