About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Trade Marketing Specialist to support our Sales Team in developing and executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. This role is perfect for a dynamic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing trade marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence within approved budgets.
  • Collaborate with Modern Trade, General Trade, and distributor teams to execute marketing plans, including product placements, promotional materials, and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Ensure effective and efficient utilization of trade marketing resources and collaterals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and delegation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (90-95% field work).
  • A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
