The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Cashier to join the dynamic team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative' in Manila City Metro Manila. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail establishment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers at the checkout counter
  • Accurately process customer transactions, including cash, credit/debit card and other payment methods
  • Maintain a clean and organised checkout area
  • Handle cash and balance cash drawers at the start and end of each shift
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
  • Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with the wider retail team to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service-oriented role
