About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at the Kings Manpower Cooperative in our Manila City Metro Manila location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through efficient and accurate cash handling, sales transactions and inventory management.

What you'll be doing

  • Process customer purchases and payments with speed and accuracy
  • Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions and make change correctly
  • Ensure inventory levels are maintained and report any discrepancies
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
  • Keep the cash desk and surrounding areas clean, tidy and well-organised
  • Support the team in completing other tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role
  • Strong numeracy and cash handling skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A positive, friendly and helpful attitude towards customers
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Basic computer skills to operate point-of-sale systems
