About the role

ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE' is seeking an enthusiastic Cashier to join our retail team in Manila City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently processing sales transactions. What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Accurately processing cash, credit, and debit transactions
  3. Handling money, making change, and balancing cash drawers
  4. Maintaining a clean and organised checkout area
  5. Resolving customer inquiries and addressing any issues that may arise
  6. Adhering to company policies and procedures
  7. Providing excellent customer service at all times

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar retail role
  2. Minimum 6 months experience as a Cashier or in a similar retail role
  3. Strong customer service and communication skills
  4. Ability to work well in a team and independently
  5. Excellent math and money handling skills
  6. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  7. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  8. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required
  9. High school diploma or equivalent required
