Job description

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Sales professionals to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT Staff Augmentation and Managed Services teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold-calling, networking, and other business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven track record of success in IT Sales / Business Development.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience selling IT Staffing/ IT Staff Augmentation or IT Managed Services / Software Application Development in the local market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Amenable to a Hybrid work set-up (3 days office based, 2 days work from home).
