Job Title: Sales and Operations Executive

Job Summary:

The Sales and Operations Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating between sales activities and operational execution to deliver efficient and high-quality services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities to meet revenue targets.
  • Manage client accounts, inquiries, and after-sales coordination.
  • Coordinate sales activities with operations to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales reports.
  • Monitor operational workflows and ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to support sales and operational requirements.
  • Track sales performance, forecasts, and operational metrics.
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in sales, operations, or a combined sales-operations role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
