Job Summary:
The Sales and Operations Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating between sales activities and operational execution to deliver efficient and high-quality services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities to meet revenue targets.
- Manage client accounts, inquiries, and after-sales coordination.
- Coordinate sales activities with operations to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales reports.
- Monitor operational workflows and ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to support sales and operational requirements.
- Track sales performance, forecasts, and operational metrics.
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in sales, operations, or a combined sales-operations role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
