JOB SUMMARY

Focuses maintenance and renovation of buildings and related infrastructure. They are involved in the entire lifecycle of a building, from initial planning to long-term operation.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and implement project programs of work to attain good working efficiency.
  • Maintain effective communication and close coordination.
  • Prepared detailed project accomplishment and quantities jurisdictions.
  • Implement company policies, rules, and regulations on health and safety
  • Closely monitor or supervise work activity.
  • Adhere at all times to approved company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Civil Engineer
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Civil Engineer: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Civil Engineer (Preferred)
