Role Overview

As our Senior BMS Engineer in the Philippines, you will:

  • Lead
    remote commissioning

, configuration, and testing of BMS, EMS, and IoT systems
- Support and guide
on‑site contractors

during installations and commissioning
- Collaborate with
clients, contractors, and internal teams

to ensure seamless project delivery
- Prepare technical documentation, including control strategies, points lists, commissioning checklists, and handover packages
- Use
BACnet

,
Modbus

, and
LoRaWAN

protocols in system integration
- Troubleshoot and maintain both Nube iO and third‑party controllers/sensors
- Initiate continuous improvement and share best practices across the engineering team

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience in BMS or related engineering roles
  • Proficiency in
    BACnet

Modbus

, and
LoRaWAN

protocols
- Proven track record in
remote commissioning

, troubleshooting, and technical field support
- Experience coordinating with contractors on-site
- Fluent English communication—verbal and written
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Self‑driven, problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom

- Background in energy management solutions, IoT retrofits, or analytics

- Ability to interpret control schematics and network diagrams
