Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate billing and collection processes for schools, lessees, affiliates, and corporate clients. This role ensures that Accounts Receivable (AR) balances are consistently accurate and up-to-date, while providing overall supervision and leadership to the accounting team. The manager is accountable for clearing or approving all billing invoices, reviewing and validating revenue reports, and ensuring compliance with established billing and collection procedures.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, preferably a CPA.
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of related work experience.
  • Adept in use of accounting software, preferably ORACLE A and SAP.
  • Ability to work effectively as individual, as part of a team, and in partnership with others
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Willing to report onsite from Monday to Friday.
