KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct quality assurance activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure strict compliance with ISO standards and internal work instructions.
  • Perform inspections and audits to ensure product quality and client requirements are met.
  • Support client audits (primarily Japanese clients) and internal quality checks.
  • Prepare and maintain QA documentation, reports, and records.
  • Collaborate with production staff to ensure quality issues are resolved promptly.
  • Participate in training (including opportunities in Japan) to enhance QA knowledge and skills.
  • Managing customer complaints and facilitating investigations to provide timely reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering (e.g., Industrial, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering).
  • With 5 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with ISO standards (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a Japanese company is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing rules and procedures.
  • As the selected candidate will become a supervisor in the future, preferably someone with leadership skills.
  • Preferably, residing near FPIP, Batangas.

Working Conditions

  • Onsite, Monday to Friday with Saturdays (1st & 3rd week of the month), 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
