Service Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service operations to ensure full compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and established service flowcharts
- Provide timely, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior management on departmental performance, team development, and operational challenges
- Lead, coach, and develop office personnel, frontliners, and workshop teams to consistently deliver high-quality service performance
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns and escalations, ensuring professionalism and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular one-on-one performance reviews to evaluate employee performance, identify training and development needs, and drive continuous improvement
- Develop and implement revenue-generation strategies, including upselling labor, parts, and value-added services
- Ensure accuracy in job billing and work closely with finance teams to support the timely collection of receivables
- Monitor safety and security protocols, identify recurring operational issues, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics and Communications) or Management
- At least three (3) years of leadership experience in a service management role within an automotive dealership
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, automotive repair, and service operations
- Proven decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with strong industry credibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare clear, accurate, and data-driven reports and presentations
- Demonstrated capability to execute operational strategies and consistently achieve departmental goals
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
