About the role

YUME MOTORS CORPORATION is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Honda Cars service center in Pasig City Metro Manila. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled technicians and ensuring exceptional customer service. This full-time role is integral to the success of the Pasig dealership, providing you with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the organization.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the service department, including scheduling, work allocation, and performance monitoring
  2. Oversee the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of Honda vehicles to the highest standards
  3. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive operational efficiency
  5. Liaise with the parts department to maintain appropriate inventory levels
  6. Provide training and mentorship to the service team to enhance their skills and development
  7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to support continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  1. At least 5 years' experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry
  2. Strong technical knowledge of Honda vehicle systems and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
  4. Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
