We're seeking an experienced Senior Freight Forwarding Specialist to support the efficient movement of goods across international supply chains. This role is ideal for professionals with solid freight forwarding expertise who want to take on greater responsibility, refine their operational skills, and contribute to seamless global trade.

You'll work with international carriers, customs brokers, and logistics partners to ensure on-time, compliant, and cost-efficient deliveries while providing excellent support to both clients and internal teams.


What you'll do:
  • Manage day-to-day freight forwarding activities across air, sea, and land shipments.
  • Oversee and prepare shipping documentation such as bills of lading, customs declarations, and compliance paperwork.
  • Liaise with carriers, brokers, and warehouses to ensure smooth cargo handling and delivery.
  • Track and monitor shipments, proactively resolving delays or issues.
  • Support rate and vendor negotiations through data accuracy and cost monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international trade laws, and company standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide practical solutions to logistics challenges.
  • Maintain shipment records, performance metrics, and reports for management review.

What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping operations.
  • Strong knowledge of international transport regulations, customs clearance, and forwarding processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with freight management systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and client-facing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or equivalent experience.
  • Willing to work onsite daily in McKinley, Taguig.
