What You'll Be Doing
  • Oversee and support end-to-end freight forwarding operations (air, sea, and land).
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, and warehouses to ensure seamless transportation and on-time deliveries.
  • Manage shipping documentation — including bills of lading, customs declarations, and compliance paperwork.
  • Proactively monitor shipments, resolve issues, and ensure exceptional client communication.
  • Support the Freight Forwarding Manager in rate negotiations and carrier partnerships.
  • Lead, train, and inspire a dynamic team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensure strict compliance with international trade regulations and company standards.
  • Maintain performance metrics, track costs, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Handle customer inquiries with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Provide insights and reports to management on performance and logistics trends.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade or related field (relevant certifications or vocational training considered).
  • 5–10 years of solid freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or similar role.
  • Proven expertise in international freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in freight management software and MS Office applications.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig City.
  • Experience from a top global freight forwarding company is a major advantage.
