About the Role

As a Pricing Specialist, you will play a key role in the early stage of the procurement process, focusing on sourcing and negotiating competitive rates for international freight forwarding services.

Your insights and relationships will help the business deliver cost-effective and efficient logistics solutions across global markets.

What You'll Do

  • Source and negotiate ocean and air freight rates with carriers, consolidators, and key suppliers.
  • Leverage your industry network and market knowledge to secure the most competitive pricing.
  • Analyze market trends and collaborate with internal teams to optimize cost structures.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies and proposals that drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Support commercial teams with accurate and timely rate information.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (any 4-year course).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, procurement, or sales.
  • Preferred: Freight forwarding experience (ocean/air).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong negotiator who enjoys building long-term supplier relationships.
