Asia Brewery, Inc. (ABI), established on January 27, 1982 by visionary Lucio Tan, is committed to delivering high-quality beverages at affordable prices for Filipino consumers. The ABI Cabuyao plant, located 45 km southeast of Manila, is one of the largest and most modern integrated manufacturing plants in Southeast Asia with a production capacity of 4 million hectoliters of beer per year. The plant boasts fully automated facilities for glass bottle production, plastic crate manufacturing, corrugated carton production, power generation, wastewater treatment, warehousing, transportation operations, and bottled water production. ABI's diverse bottling and packaging capabilities cater to some of the country's largest food and beverage companies.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Calabarzon, Philippines. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing HR policies, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. The role involves daily interactions with employees, addressing their concerns, and facilitating a positive work environment. Additionally, the HR Business Partner will collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and managing HR Policies
  • Skills in Employee Relations and understanding of Labor and Employment Law
  • Proficient in Performance Management processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Calabarzon, Philippines
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
