JOB SUMMARY

Roving Sales Associates are responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day tasks at retail outlets, including sales and customer service.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and providing recommendations
  • Sales: Processing payments, setting and achieving sales goals, and using upselling techniques
  • Inventory: Unpacking product orders, ensuring racks are stocked, and managing returns
  • Store maintenance: Cleaning and restocking the store, and helping with the store opening and closing process
  • Customer feedback: Providing feedback to the store manager
  • Security: Alerting management of potential security issues
  • Visual merchandising: Designing displays and following agreed-upon procedures for visual merchandising

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education:

  • College level is preferred, or at least high school level.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Characteristics:

  • At least 1 year of selling experience is required.
  • Good effective communicator.
  • Good developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
  • Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees.
  • Commitment to continuous learning.
  • Good in sales analysis.
  • Has a good decision-making skill.
  • Demonstrate effectiveness in holding conversations with customers and suppliers.
