DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process customer orders received through phone calls, text messages, Viber, DOP, and other ordering platforms.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests, coordinating with interfacing departments as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to operating procedures, guidelines, and work instructions related to assigned functions.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports based on established targets.
  • Maintain 8S Good Housekeeping, proper uniform, and use of PPE; implement safety measures in the work area.
  • Participate in company productivity programs such as QCC and SGA.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any Business-related program.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Has a strong sense of urgency and customer-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrates flexibility to extend working hours when required to meet KPI targets.
