Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to serve as the first point of contact for clients in the field. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience on-site or at customer locations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a field-based role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic technical knowledge relevant to the company's products or services(if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in field services, medical supplies, pharmacist or similar industries.
