Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree holder

With at least 2-3 years customer service experience is an advantage

Amenable to attend interviews

Willing to work either in Pasay or Taguig

Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee critical processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring successful project execution

Assist the team in implementing process enhancements to boost efficiency and productivity.

Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support informed decision-making.

Lead initiatives focused on process automation and digital transformation.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Offer guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members.

Other task may be assigned by immediate superior
