About the Role
As a Recruitment Officer, you'll own the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination. You'll be the go-to talent partner for hiring managers, bringing in the right people, fast.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct structured, candidate-centric phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and refine effective hiring strategies.
  • Source and engage standout candidates (creativity welcome) as needed.
  • Demonstrate the ability to engage in empathetic, win-win negotiations, even during the interview process.

  • Location: Eastwood, QC – Hybrid set-up (Onsite every Thursday & Friday).
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am–4pm (Day-shift), with the tools and team support you need to thrive.
