Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sourcing programs for potential Sellers through various programs/platforms
  • Conducts interviews of Seller applicants and endorses them to the next level of interviews once potential is properly assessed
  • Conducts background check on all Seller applicants
  • Collates all requirements/documents submitted by the Sellers and files then appropriately
  • Handles administrative tasks related to the processing of application and on-boarding/accreditation of new sellers
  • Assists in ensuring that all government mandatory and regulations related to the practice or Real Estates selling have been complied with
  • Assists New Recruits in filling-out of Application Forms
  • Performs additional tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • With at least Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Administration/Management/Marketing/HRDM
  • With at least 1-2 years work experience as Recruitment Officer
  • With good analytical and interpersonal skills
