About the role

Join as a Content Moderator - Pure Non voice. This full-time role is located in Taguig City and is responsible for monitoring and moderating online content to ensure it aligns with the company's guidelines and standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Review and assess various types of online content including text, images, and videos
  2. Identify and remove content that violates company policies or community guidelines
  3. Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team for further review
  4. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving content moderation processes
  5. Participate in training and development activities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply content moderation policies
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  3. Familiarity with a variety of digital media formats and content types
  4. Previous experience in a customer service or content moderation role is preferred
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
