Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain a filing system and update records (manual and digital)
Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, filing applications)
Purchasing / procurement (looking for supplier/construction materials)
QUALIFICATIONS:
HR / ADMIN STAFF experience is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Detail-oriented, proactive, and can work independently or in a team.
