The
Business Growth Developer
is responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and optimizing sales operations through effective CRM utilization. This role requires a strong background in sales strategies, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making to support revenue expansion and long-term business success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Must have experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service and Sales Hub, Power App, and Power Automate.
  • Preferably knowledgeable with Business Central or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive).
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing new business.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, lead nurturing, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM data analysis, reporting, and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and execute growth initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; data-driven decision-maker.
  • Can report onsite either in Alabang/Davao office from Mon to Fri (3pm to 12midnight Ph time)
