Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Associate, located in Makati. The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for executing and monitoring online marketing campaigns, analyzing web and social media performance, and coordinating content for digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, optimizing digital communication strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Web Analytics and online performance tracking tools
  • Outstanding Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to cross-functional team dynamics
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • Experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus
  • Working knowledge of digital tools and platforms is highly beneficial
