IT SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of at least a Bachelor's or College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other computer-related courses
  • With at least 2 year work experience in IT or related fields
  • Knowledgeable in basic networking, able to install, configure, and troubleshoot pcs, printers and other IT related equipment.
  • Knowledgeable of cloud platforms
  • Basic hardware/Software maintenance
  • Basic understanding of data backup and antivirus tools
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Willing to work onsite or field support as needed
  • Flexible schedule for emergency support and overtime tasks
  • Approachable and service-oriented
  • Persistence and a willingness to work through challenging tasks
