Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Recruitment Team: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve staffing goals. Provide guidance and support in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition gathering to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring that timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Client Relationship Management: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, particularly in the hospitality industry, and tailor recruitment strategies to match those needs.
  • Job Requisition Handling: Coordinate with clients to gather and prioritize manpower requisitions across various industries, with a focus on hospitality, including roles in hotels, restaurants, and other service-oriented sectors.
  • Sourcing & Screening: Identify, attract, and evaluate candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking. Ensure candidates meet client requirements and are a good cultural fit.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate databases and generate regular recruitment reports for management, providing insights into recruitment performance, trends, and challenges.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that the recruitment process adheres to compliance, legal, and company standards. Monitor the effectiveness of the recruiting methods and continuously improve processes.
  • Training & Development: Provide training and development opportunities for recruitment staff to improve their skills and performance. Foster a collaborative team environment.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Recruitment Supervisor in a manpower or RPO company, with a proven track record of managing recruitment for multiple industries, particularly hospitality.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment trends and requirements in various industries, with specialized knowledge in hospitality recruitment.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead a team of recruiters, manage competing priorities, and ensure team productivity.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both clients and candidates at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome challenges in the recruitment process.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience with hospitality-specific recruitment platforms and job boards.
  • Ability to work with clients in a fast-paced and service-driven industry.
  • Proficiency in social media recruitment (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (depending on the client base).
