About the role

First Source Solutions Limited is seeking a talented Retention Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Retention Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring the continued success of our business. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, offering the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively reach out to customers at risk of churning and find effective solutions to retain their business
  • Accurately identify and address customer concerns, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Negotiate and offer suitable retention packages to customers, ensuring their needs are met
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolution outcomes
  • Participate in regular training to stay up-to-date with company policies, product knowledge, and customer service best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies to improve customer retention

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a contact centre or call centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Adaptability and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to achieving customer satisfaction
