Sales Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Serves as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to Modern Trade accounts

2. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

3. Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating price

4. Clearly communicate and prepare reports about the progress of the account every monthly/quarterly initiative

5. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

6. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

7. Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies

8. Meet and interact with clients when requested, ensuring they are satisfied and all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently

9. Manage and maintain an accurate record of all sales, and handle customer complaints.

10. Convey customer requirements to product management and development team

11. Provide administrative and clerical support to the Sales Admin; Input PO to PDO system

12. Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations that meet or exceeds established sales goals and support company revenue and profitability targets

13. Closely monitor the update of SOA, weekly collection payments, and countering of invoices for assigned accounts

14. 24/7 chat availability thru Viber, including holidays

15. Prepare and submit weekly Itinerary (for work outside the office: official business)

16. Verify monthly deductions/merchandising expenses per client and record the details

17. Any other related tasks that may be assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent;
  • Working experience in FMCG is an advantage but not required;
  • With good presentations skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • With proven sales experience and strong analytical data skills;
  • With sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations;
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment;
  • With a Driver's License
