About the Role

The Structural Team Head will take the lead in overseeing all structural fabrication activities from planning, design interpretation, and assembly to quality assurance. This role requires both technical engineering knowledge and strong people leadership to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to BloomLED standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of fabricators, welders, and helpers in the execution of structural works for LED displays, frames, and related installations.
  • Interpret structural drawings and technical specifications, ensuring accurate implementation on-site and in the workshop.
  • Plan and allocate workloads to ensure that project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Uphold workplace discipline, safety, and teamwork across the structural division.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering course (License an advantage but not required)
  • With at least 2–3 years of experience in fabrication or structural assembly (preferably in signage, LED, or construction industries)
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills
  • Can read and interpret technical drawings and plans
  • Knowledgeable in safety protocols and quality control
  • Willing to work on-site and in field installations as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27, Php30,000.00 per month
