About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our Accounting team. This is a remote position based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has strong Excel and analytical skills to manage billing, collections, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CPC Billing & Contract Billing
  • Daily Supply Order Billing
  • Follow-up on missing meters
  • Collections & Customer Invoice Follow-Up
  • Preparation of Monthly Statements
  • Special project assignments requiring advanced Excel skills, such as: o Price book creation and updating o Report creation and analysis
  • Support other AR-related functions as needed
  • CPC - Cost Per Copy billing in the copier industry is a common pricing model where a business pays a set fee for every page copied, printed, or scanned
  • Meter readings are collected from copier machines. Essential for accurate billing based on the number of pages copied/printed
  • Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related finance functions
  • Strong understanding of the collections process and AR functions
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis – important skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to handle special projects 
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment Preferred:
  • Experience in a remote team setup
  • Experience with accounting software
