Job Description Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager / Delivery Manager to join our team in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects and ensuring timely delivery while meeting client expectations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving project success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and performance.
  • Facilitate project meetings and workshops, ensuring all team members are aligned and informed.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-15 years of experience in project management or delivery management.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are preferred.
  • Banking experience is a plus
