Job Description:

  • Conduct assigned field visits to locations related to debt collection cases in accordance with company procedures.
  • Negotiate effectively with debtors to maximize recovery of delinquent accounts.
  • Ensure professional service quality and promptly escalate any significant issues to the supervisor.
  • Provide basic financial literacy guidance to borrowers to help prevent future delinquency.
  • Accurately and completely record all required information in designated company systems or software.
  • Perform reminder calls to assigned accounts within the time and frequency limits set by law.
  • Actively participate in company meetings, briefings, and training sessions to enhance professional skills.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in collections or other field services (e.g., delivery, moto-taxi) is an advantage.
  • At least a high school or senior high school graduate; a college degree is an advantage.
  • Preferably with a background in Finance, Accounting, Credit, Risk, or Legal.
  • Must be able to complete all pre-employment requirements prior to joining the next training batch.
  • Must have own motorcycle and a valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php30,000.00 per month
