About the Role

We are hiring a Customer Care Specialist to join our growing clinic team You'll be the first point of contact for patients—providing excellent service, assisting with appointments, and ensuring a smooth clinic experience from check-in to check-out.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
  • Provide information on clinic services and procedures.
  • Address and resolve patient concerns courteously.
  • Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
  • Support daily administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality in compliance with the Data Privacy Act.

Qualifications

  • College graduate (any field; healthcare-related is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
  • Computer literate; experience with EMR systems preferred.
  • Can work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Background in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare customer service is an advantage.
