We're looking for Digital Solutions Sales Executive for an IT company specializing in document scanning and digitization, document management systems (DMS), business process mapping, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and events
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client pain points related to document handling and process inefficiencies
  • Present and demonstrate scanning, document management, and workflow automation solutions tailored to client needs
  • Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, solution briefs, and pricing quotations
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director and internal teams to close deals and negotiate contracts
  • Meet or exceed individual revenue and sales performance targets
  • Work closely with Account Managers, Project Implementation, and Support Teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, software, or enterprise solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
  • Knowledge of consultative/solution selling techniques
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable engaging with decision-makers at all organizational levels

Work Details:

  • On-site set-up;
  • Monday to Friday; 8:00AM to 5:00PM
