Job Title: UI/UX Designer for Education Products

Job Description

Do you love turning complex ideas into clean, intuitive digital experiences? Do you want your designs to directly shape how schools, teachers, and students use technology?

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can help us design world-class education products for the Philippine market. This is a role where you will continually grow, ship real products, and see your work used by schools nationwide.

You will work closely with our founders, content team, and software team to design:

  • Web and Mobile platforms
  • Dashboards and tools for schools
  • Learning experiences for students and teachers

Starting Salary with a promotion pathway that can grow up to ₱250,000 per month as a Senior Product Designer in the long term.

We are looking only for candidates who can start ASAP.

What you will do

  • Design web and mobile interfaces for our core products and client solutions
  • Create wireframes, user flows, low and high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
  • Work with the content, marketing, and sales teams to align user experience with business goals
  • Run basic user feedback sessions or usability checks to improve designs over time
  • Help maintain and evolve our design system for consistency across products

Preferred skills

You do not need to be perfect in all of these, but strength in most of them is a big plus:

  • Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools like Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to turn rough ideas into clear user flows and clean interfaces
  • Understanding of basic UX principles and responsive design
  • Experience designing dashboards, web apps, or SaaS tools is a plus
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A portfolio or sample work (even school projects or personal projects are welcome)
