Job Summary

The Visual Merchandiser / Events Stylist is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative visual displays and event environments that reflect the brand's identity and engage customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Merchandising

  • Design and implement in-store visual displays, window setups, and product arrangements consistent with brand standards.
  • Develop seasonal and thematic display concepts aligned with marketing campaigns and promotional calendars.
  • Coordinate with store managers and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across all locations.
  • Maintain and update display materials, props, and décor inventory.

Events Styling

  • Conceptualize and execute the visual styling of corporate, promotional, and special events, including pop-up booths, product launches, and brand activations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and aesthetic across all event touchpoints.
  • Source, create, and curate props, floral arrangements, furniture, and décor elements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, events styling, or creative design.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and spatial awareness, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, or Canva).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
