
Sales Account Executive – Hybrid Setup

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our growing team at Trainosys, a leading provider of IT training, consultancy, and system integration services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with our clients to understand their training and technology needs, propose tailored solutions, and ensure a smooth end-to-end sales process.
This position is ideal for a self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships in the corporate training and technology industry. This is a hybrid work setup, combining remote work flexibility with occasional in-office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote Trainosys' training courses, consultancy, and technology solutions to decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities.
